BARTER

Barter encourages exchange between
community members, making us
more connected. It makes it possible
for some of us to obtain goods and services we might not otherwise be able to afford. Barter highlights our interdependence, and fosters cooperation and caring.

I believe Austin is ripe for a local currency, similar to Ithaca Hours. If you are interested in helping to get a bartering collective or local currency off the ground, please email me. Four or five commited parties could make it happen.

Until then, I am interested in direct exchange. I value and enjoy the barter relationships I have. I have made some lasting friends through barter. Here are some of the things I would consider bartering for now
