This web site is designed to give you a sense of me and my work. I hope that it helps you determine whether I'm the right Austin massage practitioner for you.

My bodywork is constantly evolving, influenced by all I have experienced and learned throughout life. It is playful and experimental but rooted in the solid foundations of eastern and western medicine.

I believe mind and body are inseparable and am fond of working with people who are interested in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of health and well being. Recently I have completed training in Hakomi -- a body oriented method of self study which can help people integrate mind and body.

I work with a wonderful group of massage therapists, acupuncturists, and a naturopathic / homeopathic doctor at Creekside Whole Health Center in central Austin.

I am also available for chair massage at special events or at your work place.

My fees are reasonable and I am open to sliding scale and barter.
